Vicktoria
Office Assistant
Hello, my name is VicktoriaParedes and I was born and raised in the Inland Empire as one of eight kids, I grew up with a love for performance, participating in gymnastics, community theatre, and performing dance routines at the LA County Fair. After my first year of community college, I made the decision to serve my country by joining the United States Navy.
During my six years of active duty, I served as a Flight Engineer Aircrew and Aircraft Structural Mechanic, working on the P-3 Orion and F-18 Fighter Jets. I separated from the Navy at the rank of E-5 (Petty Officer Second Class) to take on a more active role in my children’s lives. Following my husband’s separation from the Navy in 2017, we moved to Washington State, where I worked as a Building Engineer for Kidder Mathews, a property management company, for nearly two years.
After careful consideration, my husband and I decided to return home to Southern California, where we first met in high school. Post-pandemic, we made a deal—whoever secured a full-time job first, the other would stay home with our now four children. That path led me to Connie & Dick’s, where I found not just a workplace, but a second family.
From the moment I walked into the bay for my interview, I felt a deep sense of familiarity, reminiscent of my time in the hangar bay, ensuring aircraft were safe and mission-ready. While I initially had reservations due to past experiences with auto shops, I was quickly impressed by Connie & Dick’s professionalism and superior customer service. Today, I’m proud to be part of a team that prioritizes integrity, quality, and care—values that align with my own.
I am grateful to be a part of the Connie & Dick’s family and honored to contribute to a team that goes above and beyond for its customers.

Oscar
Service Manager
Hello, my name is Oscar Barroso and I am the Service Manager at Connie & Dick’s. I have been in the automotive service industry for over 10 years following a military career with the U.S. Marines. I value the importance of being a part of something greater than myself, which is why I believe in helping Connie and Dick’s Service Center reach our community to offer our professional services and grow, nurture, and maintain lifelong customer relationships. I work to provide a professional, world-class customer experience that focuses on prolonging the life of the vehicle instead of just applying a patch or a temporary. The automobile is a complex machine and we take deep pride in the fact that we have the skill and expertise on site to provide long lasting solutions for our clients.
In my free time I enjoy working on my motorcycle, outdoor firearm activities, and spending time with my family. When I’m not physically active I also enjoy drawing still life.

Jesus
Technician - ASE Certified
Hello, my name is Jesus Lopez. I started my career in high school by detailing cars then began getting into the mechanical portion of the cars when I detailed an engine bay. After graduating from High School I applied for an apprentice position at Connie & Dick’s. I also enrolled in an automotive technician training program at Citrus College. I currently hold three ASE certifications and will be pursuing ASE Master certification. I am eager to obtain these certifications by continuing my journey at Citrus College with their automotive program and continuing to get great work experience. I continue my days after work wrenching on my 2008 Corvette Z06 and learning more in depth of how the high performance engine control systems work.
