The loose mount can often be corrected by applying focused heat and reshaping the mount.

Core Issue

The plastic housing can deform and spread which allows the mount retainers to release. This can be exacerbated if an sunshield is used.

Suspension Calibration

Our technician is shown performing the ride height calibration on a Tesla Cybertruck, an essential preliminary step for accurate 4-wheel alignment. The Cybertruck is lifted on an alignment rack, with its robust, futuristic body elevated to the perscribed height which is crucial for the air suspension calibration procedure.

The Cybertruck’s suspension is visibly engaged in calibration mode, with sensors and alignment equipment attached to each wheel. This image emphasizes the precision required in modern vehicle alignment, especially in advanced electric vehicles like the Cybertruck, where ride height calibration directly affects suspension geometry and handling.

Calibration Steps

The alignment offset learning and relearning procedure on the Cybertruck is critical for ensuring that the vehicle’s advanced suspension and alignment systems function correctly, especially after modifications or adjustments to ride height or alignment settings.
